The Finance and Banking Council of the Commonwealth of Independent Countries (CIS) with the support of the CIS Executive Committee and Ukraine Cabinet of Ministers holds in Yalta (Ukraine) International Investment Forum "Yalta Economic Meetings ", 14-17 of April, 2011.

According to the initiate of Ukraine Government the Forum coincides within the CIS Economic Council Session. This will help to strengthen the economic collaboration between the Commonwealth countries and create favorable investment climate for international business community.

The Forum will bring together high-ranking government officials, attended by First Prime Ministers as a heads of Government delegations of CIS countries, heads of national banks, representatives of financial institutions, banking unions and associations, as well as the heads of the major commercial banks, and leaders of CIS investment companies and Ukraine biggest industrial groups. Information support will be provided by the Interfax Group and other international Mass Media.

The Conference agenda will focus upon the role of state regulators in creating the Single CIS Economic Area, improving CIS investment environment; strengthening investment collaboration as the most urgent issue in developing economic links; financial support for national infrastructure programs like European Football Championship 2012. Also the business program supposes presentation of major Ukraine investment projects.
